Special Pump: Type 1
The project is aimed at obtaining a pump with low levels of vibration and noise, working without encapsulation areas that produce pressure and vibration oscillations.
The particular shape of the profile reduces these critical conditions.

The use of a special helical profile with angle ß (default 22 °) has been used in order to obtain an adequate transmission ratio to ensure the drag of the driven screw.
The value of ß affects the values of the addendum and dedendum coefficients.

To compensate for the axial thrusts from the helix, adequate compensation channels are provided, which also guarantee the lubrication of both screw heads.
You can apply to the entire profile a coupling backlash that can be customized by the operator.

Special Pump: Type 2 and Type 3
They are Internal Straight Circular Pumps

There are two types:
1.   Type 2 with Z1 (odd) e Z2 = (Z1 + 1) (even).
2.   Type 3 with Z1 (odd) e Z2 = INT(Z1 * Coeff.) (odd integer greater)

In both cases the driver pinion is mounted fixed, positioned with respect to the crown with eccentricity that will be calculated.

Type 3 has a flux separation tab for the liquid to be pumped, the sealing is carried out between the outer sides of the separator tab and the tip diameter of the teeth; The tab can be divided into two parts, one fixed in the case, the other oscillating.
Swing of tag can be driven by a spring or hydraulically in order to compensate for any mating games and improve the tightness.
